1. What the Service Is
My Med Pal is a clinical decision support tool for licensed physicians and clinical researchers. It surfaces AI-generated information but is not a substitute for independent medical judgment. The Service does not prescribe treatment, render diagnoses, or assume physician responsibility. All clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the licensed practitioner.
2. Eligibility & License
- Use is limited to individuals holding an active medical license or authorized clinical staff under an institutional account.
- Users represent and warrant the accuracy of their license, affiliation, and specialty information.
- Account sharing is prohibited.
3. AI Disclaimer
AI output may be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading. AI responses must always be independently verified through clinical assessment. The Company is not liable for clinical decisions made in reliance on AI output.
4. User Obligations
- Process patient data in compliance with applicable regulations (KVKK, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
- Only enter data for patients you are authorized to treat or research.
- Promptly report any suspected security incidents to us.
- Use the Service only for lawful and clinical purposes.
5. Prohibited Use
The following are prohibited:
- Any use intended to harm a patient
- Reverse engineering or model extraction
- Using the system to generate illegal content
- Practicing medicine without a valid license
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for direct, indirect, or consequential damages. Clinical decision responsibility lies with the licensed practitioner.
7. Termination
Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or terminated without prior notice. Users may delete their account at any time via Settings → Data & Privacy.
8. Regulatory Applicability
My Med Pal is not approved, cleared, or certified as a medical device by the FDA, EMA, CE Mark, or any other regulatory body. It is a clinical decision support tool only.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the user's country of practice. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
